Returns and Refunds
All software and hardware sales are final unless otherwise stated in a fully-executed Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work. Service agreements may be modified or cancelled per the terms contained within the fully-executed agreement.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We accept exchanges only if the original item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to 270 Doug Baker Blvd., Suite 700-363, Birmingham AL 35242.
All in-stock products normally ship within 4-7 business days using FedEx or USPS. You will receive an email when each item leaves our warehouse. Larger or special orders may be split into multiple shipments, in which case we’ll ship items as they become available. Special order products may take longer to ship and an estimated delivery date will be provided on your quote. Software purchases may include an electronic software download link, in which case a physical item may not be sent. The time it takes to receive and re-ship an exchanged product will vary.
