Shipping and Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds for Meraki Go devices

If you are dissatisfied with your Meraki Go purchase for any reason, you may return your order for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. All returns must meet the following criteria.

  1. You purchased the product through QueCentric.
  2. You are the original purchaser of the product.
  3. You submit your refund request within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  4. The product is in new condition, including all accessories in the original packaging.

Upon receiving your return request, we will submit an RMA request to Cisco Meraki. Once Meraki approves your return, we will e-mail you an RMA number along with return instructions. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.

Returns and Refunds for all other products

All software and hardware sales are final unless otherwise stated in a fully-executed Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work. Service agreements may be modified or cancelled per the terms contained within the fully-executed agreement.

Shipping Timeframes

All in-stock Meraki Go devices ship the same day if ordered before 5 PM Eastern Monday through Friday. All other products normally ship within 2-7 business days using FedEx or USPS. You will receive an email when each item leaves our warehouse. Larger or special orders may be split into multiple shipments, in which case we’ll ship items as they become available. Special order products may take longer to ship and an estimated delivery date will be provided on your quote. Software purchases may include an electronic software download link, in which case a physical item may not be sent.
